With your scooter, you can take a day-long tour around the island and discover all of its hidden gems. Start your tour early in the morning and head towards the world renowned long bay beach, home of the Columbus Monument, which commemorates the spot where Christopher Columbus first made landfall in the New World. You can then continue your journey southward, where you'll find the beautiful Grotto beach. This secluded beach boast of a secret grotto and is surrounded by lush vegetation. It is home to some of the worlds most beautiful, turquoise waters that are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. This is the perfect place to set up a prepacked picnic for lunch. After Lunch, head toward the Pigeon Creek Nature Reserve, where you can hike through a mangrove forest and observe the local wildlife. Next, continue your tour to the southern part of the island and visit the Dixon Hill Lighthouse, which offers stunning views of the surrounding area, one of the last remaining fully functional oil lighthouses in the world. Before returning, stop at Grahams Habour where you can swim with the turtles and if you're luck, spot and even swim with the wild dolphins!
